I really wish I could draw good, but alas, I cannot. So instead of images, I'm going to explain the character wardrobe for R63 version of Equestria Girls I'm working on. This way, you can get a good idea what the characters look like without me having to explain in the actual story. Admittedly, much of my design comes from JaquelinDreamz design seen here...

In fact, my designs for Dusk Shine, Butterscotch, and Elusive are almost identical to hers. Though the other characters may dress differently, they all have exactly the same hair styles that JaquelinDreamz created.
Note: By "Emblem" I am of course referring the symbol on the student's clothing that resembles their Cutie Mark in pony form.
Edit: I added Solaris and Artemis. JaquelinDreamz already did a drawing featuring Vice-Principal Artemis which my destine is almost identical to. Principal Solaris remains the only character I have yet to see drawn in the Equestria Girls style. In my opinion, he should be a rather muscular man with fiery red hair in a short, neatly parted style, and of course, he should have the same cool beard as his equine counterpart.

..Dusk's Symbol wouldn't be on the Sweater Pocket,...Because Sweaters don't have pockets,..I Own about,..three sweaters that are meant for the style Dusk wears it in,..Most Likely it would be in the Sweater's decorative design (as most 90's like sweaters have) or on the tie..and none of them have a pocket,..Dusk Most likely the classic V-Neck Sweater with a Decorative stripe across the chest and upper-arm those are the best for showing for wearing with a Tie and Dress-shirt .and But i Love the Hawaiian Shirt Idea,..Reminds me of Even Stevens,.. .and i think Spike was meant to look like a Boarder Terrier Mix, They can be Very affectionate too, but Not very fru fru,..(well atlease in my Shelby's case.., She's bit of a Tomboy dog.. XD) , and your also right about the Cat thing,..The only time a Cat will pay any if at all attention to a person is if it's getting petted, or wants something,...Don't ask why i know so much about the Sweater thing,.. I just find joy in dressing up,..and finding "Out of Style" Clothing..there are four types of sweaters,..Turtle Neck, Crew Cut, V-Neck, and Wide V-neck,..Dusk would most likely be wearing the Wide V-Neck..
